Job Role: Technical Contracts Administrator
Salary: �21,000
Hours: Monday-Friday 9am - 5:30pm

Harper Recruitment Group are working with a leading global IT provider who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team.

Duties will include:

• Following set processes for all Additions, Deletions, Renewal and Changes
• Working closely with the Customer Support Team and other relevant departments to inform them of new contracts
• Liaising with account managers to ensure the smooth onboarding of new customers
• Data entry
• Managing all aspects of the contracts database on Excel
• Dealing with queries from the customer support team

Skills and experience required:

• Excellent administration skills
• Highly competent in Microsoft office and Excel (vlookuos, pivot tables, formulas)
• Great attention to detail
• Self-motivated, positive and proactive attitude
• Good organisational/planning skills
