Our client is currently recruiting for an Estates Surveyor on an initial 3 - 6 month contract in the Nottinghamshire area.� This is a hybrid role where you will be expected to travel to Nottinghamshire for meeting, with the rest from home. The ideal candidate will bring experience of working as a Surveyor within the public sector.�� You will have experience managing case work, surveying commercial properties and be confident completing rent reviews, Lease renewals, Asset Valuations and liaising with landlords and tenants. The ideal candidate will be a Chartered Surveyor and/or MRICS qualified, however this isn't essential. This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established organisation with flexible working and potential for contract extensions.
