Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Discuss the outcomes of sight tests with our patients and their next of kin
- Liaise with care homes about the sight test clinic one of our opticians has conducted
- Convert sales of spectacles/glasses in line with targets
- Deliver a first-class customer experience
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven track record in a sales role is a must – ideally B2C.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different types of characters with empathy and patience.
- Always communicate effectively with patients and their families.
- Ability to work to targets and problem solve.
- Previous optical experience is desired but not essential.
- A willingness to learn.
- Prioritise workload and pay attention to needs and concerns.
- Good administration & computer skills are required, displaying accuracy at all times.
- Customer orientation and the ability to adapt to different types of characters with empathy and patience.
- Positive attitude & a team player.
