This is a full-time role based in the office covering a 37.5 hour week.Benefits;
annual bonus, pension, life assurance, income protection and 25 days annual leaveA fantastic opportunity to join a fast-growing ‘agritech’ based in Oxford who specialise in plant science and development of new herbicides.

We are looking for an Administrator to join their fast-growing business. You’ll primarily support the Operations and Finance teams with invoices, expenses and various clerical duties. This is a highly varied role and we are looking for someone with a strong desire to learn and progress. Experience in MS Office inc.

Excel and managing/processing payments is ideal.You'll join a fun, friendly environment and contribute to overall efficiency.Responsibilities: * Managing Xero – for expenses, POs, contacts and general maintenance * Various accounting duties, raising POs, invoices and assist with reconciliations * Compiling data upon request, creating/editing spreasheets * Scanning, photocopying and filing documents * Arranging meetings by reserving rooms and securing refreshments * Greeting clients on-site when required * Dealing with supplier queries * Maintaining office equipment like copiers for smooth office functionality * Opening, sorting and distributing mail * Assist in scheduling travel arrangements for staff * Assist with event planning and implementation * Prepating meeting minutes * Coordinate messenger and courier servicesWhat experience you’ll need: * Preferably 6-12 months experience (minimum) in office administration * Experience in MS Office, O365 and using MS Excel * Strong communcation skills and ability to liaise with external providers * Any experience in accounts administration is desirable * An interest in agritech or agricultural field is hugely beneficialMore details on successful application
