The Company

I am looking for a Production Team leader to join an already successful business who are experiencing constant growth and development through their multiple sites across the UK. The business is keen on finding someone to fit in with the amazing culture and grow with the business for many years to come.

THE ROLE:

• Making food safety a priority across site
• Performance management of production staff
• Support the continuous Improvement programs and encouraging the culture goals
• Communicate with other functions to ensure customer expectations are met
• Identify plant problems/issues as they arise and liaise with the Maintenance Team to ensure prompt resolution
• Adhere to all site and company Health and Safety regulations.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU:

• Problem solving skills
• Previous production experience in FMCG/Food or relatable industry
• Lean management / CI experience
• Supervisory/Management skills
