Administrator required in ReadingOur multinational client is seeking a scheduler to join the contract administration team LOCATION : Reading (RG2) Shifts- Monday to Friday 08:00- 17:00 Job Specifics Salary £11-£12 per hour PAYE + holiday payImmediate start Your responsibilities will include:Work closely with Contract Performance Manager and IWG FM teams to ensure all scheduling and administration works are dealt with in a timely mannerLiaising with Contract Performance Manager, Facilities Managers and the IWG teams for any day to day support requirements Liaising with appropriate parties (both internal and external) to provide necessary updates and supporting documentation when requested.

Providing accurate and timely feedback to Customers and the FM teamCoordinating attendance of FM team and subcontractorsLogging, dispatching and updating service requests and or work orders on the CAFM systemInvolvement in the creation of performance reportingWorking with Facilities Managers to ensure jobs are completed from start to finish Undertake any 'ad hoc' duties as requested by contract management teamBenefits Paid weekly every Friday Working for a leading facilities management company Temp to perm opportunity The current environment is filled with enthusiastic and motivated individuals.
