HR and Recruitment Administrator
An exciting opportunity for an HR & Recruitment Administrator has arisen, supporting within the HR and Recruitment team within this successful organisation.What will your working week be like? * Work with the Recruitment team to offer administrative support for all recruitment and selection activity * Proactively updating social media accounts, to include sharing roles, staffing related news.
* To support the recruitment team with pre-screening candidates on the telephone where required * Manage the Recruitment Inbox * Respond to telephone, email, face to face and other recruitment enquiries in a timely manner * Support the HR Administrator with administration associated with the onboarding process * Assist the HR Advisor with sending document chaser emails, following these up and updating the database.
* Assist with departmental organisation and take part in key events, Open Day/Evenings etc * Arranging meetings, including accommodation and provision of refreshments, preparing and circulating documentation * Attend meetings, prepare agendas and take minutes as required * Managing diaries for the departmental team * Ensuring that stocks of stationery and office supplies are maintained * Using, creating and maintaining simple databases and spreadsheets as required * Developing and maintaining effective filing systems for the storage and prompt retrieval of information/papersWho will suit this role?
The ideal candidate will be available immediately and will ideally hold experience of administration duties.
You must have the maturity to confidently manage confidential information.
Ideally graduated within an English/Business related subject, therefore offering strong attention to detail and clear precise written communication. * Strong MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint experience * Strong attention to detail, planning and coordinating * Experience of setting up and using administration systems * Minimum A Level qualified * Results Focus;

Adaptability & Flexibility, AccountabilitySalary: £22,000 - £25,000Location: Redhill, SurreyHours: Monday to Friday 8:45am – 5pm plus Benefits which include;
