27 - £10.77phr paid weekly 37.5hour weekLocation: - RotherhamDuties include but are not limited to:-- Help build our Stores section of the Computerised Maintenance Management System- Loading and unloading stock.- Monitoring and replenishing stock.
- Picking, checking and accurate counting of parts.- Responsible for checking products to ensure correct parts are assigned to the correct jobs.- Processing and updating purchase orders on the businesses bespoke system.- Packaging items sufficiently to ensure any parts sent to customers or returned to manufacturers can be posted and arrive undamaged- Following up on all orders via the order process, liaising with customers and drivers regarding stock and delivery timescales.
- Check returned items are intact and not damaged and report any damages to/or defective materials and equipment.
- Comply with all company guidelines to ensure the company achieves the required level of quality standards.- Ensure stores cleanliness at all times.Skills Required- Computer literate and conversant with Microsoft and other computer programmes.- Ability to adapt to a changing environment and contribute to business growth.
- Excellent Communication skills both verbal and written.- Ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team.- Willingness to learn and progress.- Forklift licence would be beneficial but not essential
