The role of the Care Supervisor is to assist the Registered Manager to organise the day to day running of the service provision through the Policies, training, supervision, and guidance provided by the Company.
Achieving the aims and objectives of the Company; and to achieve outstanding CQC Rating.

To assist the Registered Manager in marketing the services provided by the Company and liaising with commissioners, prospective Clients, health professionals and other agencies connected with training and development of the service.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To allocate carers to provide clients visits effectively by ensuring that carers are matched to client by taking account of the clients preferences and care needs
• Monitor the allocation of carers to maximise efficiency whilst supporting them to maintain an appropriate work life balance
• Keep accurate records of sickness, absenteeism, and holiday requests, manage work flow .

Must have NVQ 3 Health and Social care

Enhanced DBS Will be required.

40 hours per week Shifts include some weekends and evenings

Uniform will be provided, Discounted restaurant .
