Your new company
Working for one of the UK's leading services provider, our client is looking for a number of Customer Service Advisors to support their field services teams.
Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the customer services for a busy field service team that operate across the UK. The duties will include taking incoming calls and logging customer requirements, raising work tickets and issuing jobs to field teams, keeping customers informed of any progress / issues and ensuring all work is completed within the agreed SLA's.
What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, will need excellent customer service skills, be a good and clear communicator, being confident to answer the phone, good written skills to ensure correct information is taken down and passed on to the teams.
What you'll get in return
Flexible working options available with the client operating a hybrid scheme of 2 days in office, 3 days from home. This contract is up to 12 months and could go longer for the right candidate.
