Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a successful Food business in Sheffield with a low turnover of staff and supportive environment. They are looking for a HR Coordinator to work in a small team. This is a fast paced but rewarding role. This will suit someone with CIPD, or somebody that is willing to work towards it as my client has budget to fund learning and development for this employee. As a HR Coordinator you will receive an excellent benefits package including generous holidays, staff discounts, retail discounts, and death in service. As a HR Coordinator your duties will include but not be limited to:
-Managing sickness and absence processes including updating, tracking and speaking to employees
-Completing return to work documents and BRAD factor calculations
-Referrals to external Occupational Health providers
-Changing employee details on HR System and working with payroll
-Assisting with Recruitment including pre-employment checks
-General HR Administration duties as required
To be suitable for this HR Coordinator role you will have the following attributes:
-Ideally you will have CIPD level 3 or above, or be willing to work towards it
-Experience in a HR administration, HR Coordination and Recruitment Administration role is desirable
-You will have the ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment
-This role will suit someone that is looking to progress within HR and has the potential to progress to HR Advisor within a year
