The Role – Graduate Marketing Coordinator / Talent Attraction AdvisorYou’ll be working within a team orientated culture where strong communication is high on the agenda, helping each other to overcome challenges and celebrate successes.

The comprehensive training that you will benefit from will enable you to proactively support allocated existing clients, helping them to efficiently attract their own talent. You will achieve this by: * Gathering detail from clients for their job advert content * Writing employer branded job advert copy tailored for each campaign * Writing engaging social media posts tailored for each job advertising campaign * Proactively phoning allocated existing clients to nurture relationships, provide support and advice, and ensure campaigns lead to a hire * Identifying commercial opportunities with existing clients and raising awareness of relevant additional solutions * Acting as an extension of a client’s team where required, reviewing, and shortlisting applications, conducting preliminary telephone interviews, and coordinating the interview process * Completing research and messaging activity on social media to promote vacanciesOur RequirementsThorough hands-on training will be provided to enable you to succeed as a Graduate Marketing Coordinator / Talent Attraction Advisor, although you will need to bring: * A positive mindset and be solutions focused * Enthusiasm to learn, determination to succeed, and be resilient * Exceptional active listening and interpersonal skills, with an inquisitive mindset and a helpful, friendly, confident, and professional telephone manner * Natural ability for written communication with a high standard of grammar, spelling and attention to detail * Good standard of computer literacy, with timely and accurate typing skills * Superb organisational skills and able to work under pressure with frequently changing prioritiesThe PackageYou will have plenty of opportunity to reap the rewards as you establish yourself in our growing business and contribute to achieving company goals.

You’ll also benefit from: * Comprehensive training and support * Salary in the region of £20,000 to £25,000, starting level dependent on experience * Generous annual leave starting at 25 days plus bank holidays, rising incrementally with length of service to a maximum of 30 days plus bank holidays * Permanent contract with full time hours, working Monday to Friday 8.

15pm * Company funded social activities and eventsAs a Graduate Marketing Coordinator / Talent Attraction Advisor, you’ll be working at our prestigious offices located on the New Vision Business Park in St Asaph, conveniently situated near to the A55.
