Northreach have partnered with a market leading Bio-Tech company who specialise in therapies for a range of autoimmune and inflammatory diseases, as well as preventing rejection in organ transplantation, based on modular engineered Tregs.We are looking for an Office Coordinator to join a fast-paced environment and play a key part of the team within the HR department.

You will be a coordinator to support the day to day running of all office operations at our Head Quarters in West London. You will be working in a dynamic environment that can support the overall administrative needs of the organisation.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES·Answering incoming calls / emails to Quell TX·Meeting and greeting guests and looking after them prior to their meetings at Quell·Liaising with iHUB FOH for visitors·Meeting room bookings and oversight (changing to accommodate staff)·Solving Maintenance / AV issues·Coordinating and dealing with Post / Couriers·Ordering food supplies for cafeteria (weekly orders)·Ordering stationary and general office equipment for the business·Reporting and managing ink usage for printers·Managing refuse bins / Shred-it bins for collection·IT logistics inc.

ordering new laptops, overseeing repairs and general IT queries·Overseeing cleaning contract and changes to the cleaning schedule + ordering cleaning supplies·Arranging meeting requests for Lab staff·Ordering breakfasts/ lunches for team leads·General office maintenance·Taxi arrangements if neededEXPERIENCE WE ARE LOOKING FOR· 2+ years office administration role in a fast paced corporate environment·Excellent organisation and problem-solving ability·Experience identifying and solving problems autonomously·Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detailTECHNICAL SKILLS REQUIRED·Microsoft Office – Word / Excel / PowerPoint·Accurate record keeping skill and good customer Service·Handling sensitive information and working in confidence and the ability to work to deadlines·Ability to build and maintain relationships with stakeholdersPERSONAL QUALITIES·Excellent planning skills·Approachable and personable*Temp Position - 6-12 Months
