3rd Line Support Engineer
We are an IT managed services and consultancy looking for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to provide 3rd line support to clients remotely and, occasionally, on site via escalations from the Service Desk. This is primarily a work from home position coming into the office approximately once a week and making local client site visits once or twice a month.

What we are looking for in you:Although the role is a technical role first and foremost, with the post holder required to have a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, a ‘can do’ attitude coupled with excellent customer service skills are also essential.
Essential Skills and Knowledge * Windows Server * Networking experience (but doesn't need to be in depth or certified) * Virtualisation (Hyper-V or Vmware) * ITIL understanding * Windows 365 * AzureWhat you will get: * 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday 08:30 – 17:30 + on-call one week in 4 * Salary £27,000 - £35,000 DOE * On call bonus of £300 for each week on call + overtime rate if needed to take a call.
