With our continued business growth here at Driver Hire London West we have another opportunity for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant/Administrator to join our existing team. This opportunity plays an essential role in the growth plans for the office and as such you will be responsible for increasing revenue in line with annual budget and individual target, developing existing business as well as obtaining new business, develop the shape of the business internally.

Make improvements and suggestions, be responsible for how the business looks to the outside worldThe Role:You will be trained in the full spectrum of temporary recruitment, being guided, and mentored every step of the way by our existing friendly team.

Your main role will be to support the team in growing the business to achieve set goals through relationship based selling and ultimately maximising revenue and growth for the company.

You need to be a focused, proactive self-starter and able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will have an inquiring mind and will constantly be looking to drive efficiency in the way that we develop business. You will be keen to bring to the business a fresh approach and best practices of how to achieve and maximise revenue and profit, whilst also looking to help us innovate as we grow.

Responsibilities: * Identify new clients and source leads for potential business through networking, territory mapping, cold calling, telesales and face to face sales. * Understand client needs and goals, and how they align with what Driver Hire has to offer, and anticipate the future needs of the clients.

* Fully support the business, in all sales activity and transferring qualified prospects into new business. * Produce regular KPI’s, internal reporting of how your core pipeline is progressing and what activities have proved most effective.

* Creating and introducing new ways of identifying and retaining clients and candidatesSkills Required: * Previous experience in an office environment * Clear communicator both over the phone and face to face * Ability to prioritise workload and remain calm under pressure * Good administrative & computer skills * Strong customer service skills * Excellent attention to details * A full UK Driving licenceStarting salary will depend on experience and will include a bonus scheme which is based on office performanceHours will be Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pmHolidays will be 28 days (inc.
