Based in the heart of Winchester, this terrific organisation are now seeking an experienced Accounts Administrator to join their team. The role of Accounts Administrator is a permanent full-time position and will be office-based Monday-Friday. Also on offer is the opportunity for study support and additional finance qualifications, annual bonus, private health insurance, generous pension scheme and a salary to match your level of experience, up to £26,000 per year.
Alongside knowledge of working within an accounts or finance role, we require someone who has a solid grasp of Microsoft Excel which is predominately utilised.
A strong understanding of V Look ups, Pivot tables and spreadsheets is imperative. Experience within reconciliation is also essential.Equally as important is someone who genuinely enjoys working with a communicative team. You will not be micromanaged by any means so the ability to work independently is a must.
As within all roles, there are repetitive tasks, so although you do have a varied and busy work load, you will also take pride in the groundwork!As Accounts Administrator, your responsibilities include: * Reconciliation * Cashbooks * Maintenance of multiple bank accounts * Record Keeping * Formatting reports on excel * Transferring data to Sage * Processing payments and refunds * Handling written and verbal communicationsYou are our ideal Accounts Administrator if you have recent and relevant experience within an accounts or finance function, intermediate Microsoft Excel and an amazing level of accuracy.
