Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering therapy interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation plans

Provide therapy interventions to support recovery and mobility

Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports
Key Requirements:

HCPC registered Occupational Therapist
-
NHS or equivalent healthcare experience

Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or community settings preferred
