Job Overview:We are seeking an experienced Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join the team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg UHB. The role involves assessing, planning, and delivering therapy interventions to help patients regain independence in daily activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop individualised rehabilitation plans

  • Provide therapy interventions to support recovery and mobility

  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams

  • Maintain accurate patient records and progress reports

Key Requirements:

  • HCPC registered Occupational Therapist

  • NHS or equivalent healthcare experience

  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills

  • Experience in rehabilitation, acute care, or community settings preferred
