Cammach are currently recruiting for an Assistant Accountant - Accounts Payable. Based in Aberdeen, the role will be on a permanent, full time basis and offers hybrid working.
ROLE
The Assistant Accountant - AP role will be to process purchase invoices and ensure they are approved in accordance with company authority matrix.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Scan all purchase invoices into the scanning system.
- Match to PO or distribute for approval as appropriate.
- Track invoice to ensure payment is in line with company terms and conditions.
- Reconcile vendor statements to company records to ensure costs are recorded accurately.
- Liaise with suppliers over any disputed invoices.
