Accounts Assistant required on a temporary basis for a period of 6 weeks to support a small but busy team during a period of absence, full-time based in the heart of Aberdeen with free parking available.
Hours: 8am - 4pm M-F, early finish available on Fridays
£14 per hour - £14.50 per hour
What you'll be responsible for:
- Payroll, front end and weekly for 10 permanent staff
- Timesheet authorisation for contractors
- Purchase ledger
- Sales Ledger
- CIS returns
- Administrative support to the Directors
- Answering calls
What you'll come with to be successful:
- Sages 50 experience is a must
- Experience working in accounts
- High attention to detail
- Team player
