Bus Driver – Aberdeen

Location: Union Square Bus Station, Aberdeen / East Tullos Industrial Estate, AB12 3HB

We are recruiting qualified PCV licence holders to join as Bus Drivers in Aberdeen. This full-time, permanent role offers weekly earnings of approximately £588, with opportunities for overtime, giving a typical annual salary of around £30,500. The hourly rate during training is £14.07. Shifts are worked on a rota basis covering any five days over seven, including early mornings, evenings, and weekends.

As a Bus Driver, you will be responsible for operating a modern fleet safely and professionally, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that every journey is safe, smooth, and enjoyable. You will be a welcoming face for passengers, assisting people of all ages and backgrounds, answering questions, and creating a friendly and supportive environment.

Applicants must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid PCV licence, and have the right to work in the UK. A safe and courteous driving style is essential, alongside a positive attitude, reliability, and a strong commitment to customer service. A willingness to learn and to be part of a supportive team is also important.
