We are currently looking for an experienced Facilities Coordinator role in Aberdeen. The role is working for a high end client performing a variety of tasks to ensure smooth running of facilities and a focus on the customer experience. The role is a mix of desk based and mobile duties (including heavy lifting) within the building working in a team of three.

The role is a full time role based on site just outside of Aberdeen city center, working 7.30am-4.30pm Monday to Friday with free parking available. It will be on a temporary ongoing basis with potential to go permanent on an hourly rate varying from £15.90 - £17.90ph. A driving license is required for this role as dropping mail and deliveries of around site will be a kay part in the role.

Facilities Coordinator

£15.90ph - £17.90ph

Responsibilities:

Daily site walk arounds with checklist and identifying any issues

Checking and auditing workspaces ensuring they are ready to use

Coordinate and carry out office and furniture moves as well as assembling new furniture

Collect mail from sorting office

Accepting and recording courier deliveries and recording them

Auditing and tracking of ongoing issues and concerns

Administer workplace policies

Responding to customer requests in compliance with SLA’s

Support and work within facilities team ensuring 5* service is delivered

Maintain and enter accurate up to date information in support of site maintenance

Ensure health, safety, security and environmental policies and requirements are adhered to

We are looking for candidates with:

Experience working within facilities/workplace position in commercial environment

Experience working in corporate environment

Knowledge of health and safety

IT Literate

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Essential:

Driving license

DBS
