Mechanical Contracts Manager

The Role:

The Twenty One Group are working in partnership with a leading business within the Building Services sector and we are currently supporting their campaign to identify a Contracts Manager from a Mechanical background to join their expanding team in Aberdeen

Job Description:

• Work as part of the Operations team, where you will be responsible for management of multiple projects
• The ability to fully understand and interpret technical drawings and be able to discuss with knowledge the technical elements within the project.
• To liaise with internal team members and support various elements within the delivery process
• To liaise with external subcontractors where applicable
• To plan and organise workload accordingly
• Preparation of risk assessments
• Add input to variables within the project and liaise with Directors and commercial teams to ensure there is synergy between the operational and commercial elements of the project.

The Candidate:

• A demonstrative track record within the building services sector
• Proven record of working as a Contracts manager or someone ready to step up from Project management
• The ability to manage and motivate trades teams.
• The ability to fully comprehend technical drawings and bill of quantities.
• Astute commercial awareness
