First Achieve's Engineering Division are working with a specialist in structural steelwork and fabrication, who as a result of recent growth, are seeking a Welding Inspector at their site in Aberdeen.
This is a fantastic opportunity Inspectors looking for progression in an organisation working across many industries including the Oil & Gas, Food & Drink and Construction.

The Role
- Conduct visual inspections of welded joints and structures to ensure compliance with welding specifications, codes, and standards.
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and quality documentation. Prepare detailed reports outlining inspection findings, deviations from standards, and recommendations for corrective actions.
- Assist with NDT Activities.
- Promote a culture of safety and adherence to safety protocols in all welding activities. Identify potential safety hazards and take proactive measures to mitigate risks.
Successful Applicant
- Qualified to CSWIP 3.0 Minimum
- Time Served Welder/Fabricator
- Familiarity with Structural Materials
