How You’ll Make an Impact:

  • You’ll provide essential technical support to their advisers, ensuring they deliver maximum value to their clients
  • As the “voice” of the business, you’ll draft clear and client-centred communications. Your quantitative expertise will shine through in bespoke Financial Plans
  • You’ll gather qualitative and quantitative information to create compliant and comprehensive financial plans
  • Review and enhance their range of client propositions

Your Principal Accountabilities:

  • Understand client objectives by collaborating with advisers
  • Analyse client file notes, fact finds, and meeting notes to support advice
  • Obtain necessary information for accurate financial projections
  • Prepare for client meetings, ensuring advice aligns with client needs
  • Work closely with product providers and third parties
  • Assist advisers during client presentations and address technical queries

Crafting Clear Reports:

  • Draft comprehensive financial plans using our house style
  • Skilfully manipulate software for accurate projections
  • After client planning meetings, produce polished reports
  • Keep up to date with regulatory changes and market developments

Your Skills and Qualifications:

  • Some paraplanning experience in a similar setting or experienced in providing comprehensive IFA administrative support
  • Level 4 Diploma qualified or working towards it
  • Ideally proficient in working with a range of Financial Services systems and various Platform/Provider websites
