Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a QHSE Manager, based in the Greater Aberdeen Area. The QHSE Manager will be responsible for overseeing the quality, health, safety, and environmental management systems in compliance with industry standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting risk assessments, ensuring regulatory compliance, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and providing QHSE training to staff. The role also involves leading incident investigations and implementing corrective actions to prevent re-occurrence.

Qualifications

  • Experience in QHSE management, risk assessments, and incident investigations
  • Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001 standards
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and deliver QHSE training programs
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
