A vacancy has arisen for a Transport Expeditor to improve a quick turnaround of all vehicles on the quayside. Duties include replenishing stock, checking the integrity of the lashing equipment on quayside, retreiving paperwork for the load and assisting in the securing of loads when required. Reporting any discrepancies or issues that may affect the operation to the relevant department.
Knowledge and experience of loading/unloading of trainers or cargo is required, along with knowledge of load security and experience in manual handling.
