Workshop Labourer - Full-Time?? Aberdeen, UK?? Permanent Position?? Reporting to: Warehouse Supervisor

Our client is seeking a Workshop Labourer to support daily operations at their Aberdeen facility. This role is essential in ensuring the efficient movement and maintenance of fishing and remedial tools and equipment used in well intervention operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Participate in daily tool-box meetings with the warehouse team
  • Load and unload trucks and cargo baskets
  • Pressure wash and clean tools
  • Receive and book incoming tools
  • Pull and prepare tools according to shipping tickets
  • Provide forklift support to all workshops
  • Perform daily maintenance checks on forklifts and overhead cranes
  • Maintain equipment in safe, operational condition and report issues promptly
  • Carry out additional tasks as required to support operational efficiency

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in a busy workshop or warehouse environment
  • Valid Forklift License
  • Valid Overhead Crane Certificate
  • Ability to work independently and show initiative
  • Strong communication skills and commitment to continuous improvement
  • Adherence to QHSE policies, standards, and use of PPE at all times
