We have a vacancy for a HR Administrator, based in Marischal Square.
The role involves working with confidential sets of data, including processing of new starts and leavers, updating any changes, and maintaining accuracy of systems and records. Day to day tasks also include creating letters, issuing contracts of employment, organising new start inductions, monitoring and actioning requests via the shared inbox, creating purchase orders and invoices, answering calls, creating security badges, and a range of other administrative tasks.
We are looking for someone who is organised and takes pride in the quality of their work even when busy and under pressure to meet deadlines. You will focus on delivering a great customer service and have tenacity to follow up actions and follow procedures.
To be considered, you must have a very good understanding, if not experience of HR processes and proven admin skills. You will be highly organised, detail conscious and highly motivated to ensure consistent accuracy and quality of data and records. You will also be motivated to deliver a quality service.
