Residential Conveyancing Solicitor – Aberdeen
My client is a well-established firm in Aberdeen and it is seeking a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor with up to 4 Years' PQE to join its Aberdeen city-centre team.
The role:
- Manage a full Conveyancing caseload from inception to completion
- Caseload includes sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of title and discharges
- Negotiations of deals
- Client facing
About You:
- Between Newly Qualified and 4 Years' PQE – candidates with more experience will still be considered
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A pro-active mindset and results-driven mentality
- Commercial awareness
