  • Prepare, proofread, and format legal documents such as pleadings, contracts, briefs, and subpoenas

  • File legal documents with courts and government agencies, both electronically and in person

  • Maintain and organize client files and case documents (physical and digital)

  • Schedule meetings, court appearances, and depositions for attorneys

  • Manage correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls

  • Conduct basic legal research and collect case-related information

  • Maintain confidentiality of all legal and client information

  • Track and manage deadlines, court dates, and billing hours

  • Coordinate with clients, witnesses, and court personnel as needed

  • Assist in the preparation of discovery documents and trial materials
