You will be responsible for the pre-construction and Bid Management of projects working closely with the Estimating Manager. Responsibilities:
- Work closely with pre-construction Bid Team.
- Ensure compliance with pre-construction processes and legislative requirements.
- Identify and record risks, opportunities and associated costs.
- Develop strategies with Bid Team and Operations Team.
- Develop margin and win strategies.
- Oversee Bid Team.
- Oversee production of accurate tender information.
Essential:
- Experience working with clients, consultants and stakeholders.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Experienced within a similar managerial role.
- Knowledge and experience within the construction industry.
