Administrator - Aberdeen
Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
On behalf of our client, we are currently recruiting an experienced Administrator to join their busy office based in Aberdeen. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established business, providing essential support across a range of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately keying customer orders into internal systems
- Printing and preparing order documents
- Answering and directing incoming phone calls
- Supporting the team with general administrative duties as required
Ideal Candidate:
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- Comfortable handling multiple tasks and working to deadlines
- Confident communicator with a professional phone manner
- Competent with Microsoft Office and basic IT systems
Additional Information:
- Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Location: Aberdeen
- Rate of pay - 14 per hour
