Are you looking to kick start your career in procurement within the oil and gas industry? We have an exciting opportunity for a Procurement Administrator to join our global business on a temporary three month contract, with the view to go permanent.

Working Monday to Friday from 8:30am to 5pm, with some flexibility required, you will be on-site with a fun-loving and hard-working team of 6. This is a great opportunity to develop your skills and grow within the procurement sector, management has a true interest in developing you and building your knowledge up.

Duties include:

  • Raising purchase order numbers
  • Updating in-house systems
  • Providing admin support
  • Creating and updating orders on the system
  • Processing management reports
  • Ad-hoc support in the store, (this is at most 10% of the role only helping during holidays and absence)
