I am currently working with a leading contractor who is expanding their presence across the UK and Europe within the Energy, Power & Renewables sector. As part of this growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of a major UK-based EP&R (Energy, Power & Renewables) project.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage commercial and contractual requirements across the full project lifecycle

  • Act as the commercial interface with the client team

  • Lead on procurement of subcontractor packages and supplier agreements

  • Carry out cost planning, forecasting, and risk analysis

  • Manage and respond to key contractual correspondence

  • Oversee subcontractor performance and valuations

  • Prepare project margin and cashflow reports

  • Handle project variations and agree commercial changes with the client

What We’re Looking For:

  • Degree-qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field

  • 5+ years’ experience in a Quantity Surveyor role

  • Previous experience delivering renewable energy or infrastructure projects in the UK

  • Electrical project experience is desirable

  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders

  • High attention to detail and excellent time management skills
