Our client, a long established law firm and estate agency are currently seeking Private Client Associates, Senior Associates and Solicitors to join their team on a permanent (staff basis).

ROLE

Due to an unprecedented increase in workload, we are seeking to appoint all levels of experienced Private Client Solicitors, including those at Associate or Senior Associate level to work as part of our Private Client department, based in Aberdeen. These roles are particularly suited for those looking for career advancement and realistic Partnership opportunities exist.

Ideally, we require candidates with experience in all manner of Private Client transactions, including but not limited to: Wills, Trusts, Executry Estates, Power of Attorney, Tax and Wealth Planning, and Asset Protection.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Previous experience as a Private Client Solicitor qualified in Scots Law required.
  • The successful candidates should have a kind and understanding disposition, excellent communication skills, a good work ethic, the ability to function well under pressure and an ability to prioritise workload accordingly.
  • A good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Case Management Systems desirable.
