Our client, a well-respected property company in Aberdeen, is seeking a Sales Negotiator to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving outstanding results.

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate proven experience within estate agency. 

Working hours:

  • Monday to Friday 9.00am - 5.15pm.
  • Thursdays until 7.00pm
  • Some Saturday cover is required on a rota basis and any time worked is given back to the employee (i.e TOIL)

The successful Sales Negotiator will be offered

  • £25,000 - £30,000
  • Commissions

The successful Sales Negotiator will need:

  • Experience within estate agency - ideally sales 
  • UK driving licence
  • Understanding of the property market
  • Good communication skills; both written and verbal 
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service to customers

Key responsibilities for the role of Sales Negotiator will include:

  • Attending and booking viewings
  • Booking Valuations
  • Obtain viewing feedback and communicate to clients
  • Identify viewers specific property search requirements
  • Cross-sell properties, highlighting the properties main features and encourage viewings
  • Dealing with offers
