My client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Recruitment Consultant or Recruitment Consultant to join their Aberdeen operation and pick up on a hot desk with over 100 temps out each week!

The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting into either the Industrial, Manufacturing, Security, Construction or Logistics sectors. To be a success here you'll possess a positive attitude towards business development, demonstrate tenacity in overcoming challenges, exude enthusiasm and energy, and possess a strong likeability factor for building rapport with clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities as well as upsell on existing accounts, maximising opportunity on current desk
  • Fill bookings with the correct skill set, ensuring tickets are verified and checked and risk is eliminated for clients
  • Attend client meetings on site to further build rapport with clients
  • Chase timesheets on a weekly basis, ensuring all are in to avoid delayed payment/invoicing
  • Credit control, chase outstanding invoices where required
  • Develop a deep understanding and passion for your specialist sector
  • Consistency: Execute daily tasks consistently. Recognise that consistency is the key to success
  • Remain calm under pressure and while problem solving
