Job Overview:

We are seeking a detail-orientedInventory Transfer Specialistto support the efficient and accurate transfer of materials from one location to another. This role requires hands-on inventory checks, reporting, and collaboration with Peterson Base Ops to ensure materials are properly accounted for and stored.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely withPeterson Base Opsto facilitate the seamless transfer of inventory materials.
  • Conductphysical checksof all transferred materials, verifying part numbers, quantities, and overall condition.
  • Inspect materials with ashelf-life (e.g., O-rings, seals, etc.), update expiry dates on the tracking spreadsheet, and quarantine expired items.
  • Identify and isolatedamaged or poor-condition materials, flagging them for further investigation and potential disposal.
  • Update theInventory Reportto confirm quantities and record thenew locationwithin Edzell or Prax warehouses.
  • Prepare andsubmit daily reportsto the PX Material Controller for master inventory updates.

Skills & Experience:

  • Prior experience ininventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
  • Strongattention to detailand ability to conduct accurate stock checks.
  • Knowledge ofshelf-life managementand storage best practices for industrial materials.
  • Proficiency in usingspreadsheets and inventory management systems.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining effectivecommunication with teams.
  • Familiarity withhealth & safety standardsin warehouse environments.
