Manufacturing Operator - NIGHT SHIFT
Location: Perth
Pay: 15.18 per hour (weekly pay)
Hours: Monday-Thursday, 20:30-07:00 (40 hours per week)
Manpower is delighted to be recruiting Manufacturing Operators on behalf of our client in Perth. This is a night-shift position within a fast-paced production environment, ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work and consistency in their weekly schedule.



About the Role


As a Manufacturing Operator, you will play a key role in the production process. You'll follow SOPs, operate and monitor equipment, handle materials, and package finished products while maintaining high quality and safety standards.



Key Responsibilities

  • Follow SOPs and accurately complete all production paperwork
  • Prepare materials and equipment for each job
  • Operate and monitor production lines and conveyors
  • Inspect materials and finished goods for quality
  • Fill, weigh, seal, and label containers
  • Pack finished products and complete line clearance
  • Clean and sanitise work areas and equipment
  • Adhere to GMP, ISO, cleanroom, and safety requirements


Requirements

  • Secondary education or equivalent
  • Previous manufacturing or laboratory experience (preferred)
  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Basic computer skills (advantageous)
  • Ability to wear full PPE (cleanroom suit, mask, gloves, safety boots, eye protection)
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and carrying out manual tasks


Desirable Skills

  • Manufacturing experience (strong advantage)
  • Cleanroom experience (advantage)
