Manufacturing Operator
Location: Perth
Pay Rate: 12.65
Shifts: Monday -Friday; early: 6:00-14:30, late: 13:30-22:00

We're looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our production team in Perth. In this role, you'll work as part of a team to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently, helping to deliver high-quality products and meet daily production targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment safely and effectively.
  • Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
  • Support daily production goals and schedules.
  • Work closely with your team to identify and fix any issues.
  • Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with standards.
  • Communicate clearly with colleagues and shift leaders during handovers.
  • Take part in training and ongoing development.
  • Promote teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What We're Looking For

  • Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
  • Basic problem-solving ability.
