Manufacturing Operator
Location: Perth
Pay Rate: 12.65
Shifts: Monday -Friday; early: 6:00-14:30, late: 13:30-22:00
We're looking for Manufacturing Operators to join our production team in Perth. In this role, you'll work as part of a team to operate and maintain equipment safely and efficiently, helping to deliver high-quality products and meet daily production targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot production equipment safely and effectively.
- Follow all safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Support daily production goals and schedules.
- Work closely with your team to identify and fix any issues.
- Keep your work area clean, organised, and compliant with standards.
- Communicate clearly with colleagues and shift leaders during handovers.
- Take part in training and ongoing development.
- Promote teamwork, reliability, and continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Willingness to learn and develop new technical skills.
- Basic problem-solving ability.
- Minimum of 4 Standard Grades (or equivalent), ideally including Maths and Science.
