A leading national contractor is seeking a Sub Agent to support ongoing reactive works and maintenance operations iin the Perth area.

This is a key role on a long-term framework agreement, involving the coordination and delivery of fast-paced maintenance and emergency works across public assets and infrastructure. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on and highly organised engineer who thrives in a dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assist in planning and overseeing reactive and planned maintenance activities
* Coordinate site works, ensuring safe systems of work and compliance with HSEQ policies
* Liaise with internal teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery
* Maintain accurate records including permits, risk assessments, and progress reports
* Support the Site Agent/Project Manager with daily operational duties
* Conduct regular site inspections and resolve on-the-ground issues swiftly

Candidate Profile:

* Civil engineering or construction background, ideally with experience in highways, rail, or infrastructure maintenance
* HNC/HND or Degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work on multiple sites and respond flexibly to reactive works
* Full UK driving licence and right to work in the UK
