About the Role

As Production Manager, you'll take ownership of day-to-day operations-overseeing production scheduling, certification processes, stock management, and quality control, while driving continuous improvement initiatives.

This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll work closely with internal teams, external partners, and government bodies. From planning and monitoring production to representing the business at industry events, you'll make a real impact.

Salary & Benefits

Salary: 42,000 - 48,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead operational planning and production scheduling.
  • Ensure compliance with certification standards.
  • Manage stock movements and consumable forecasting.
  • Drive quality control and maintain high operational standards.
  • Oversee audits and maintain compliance
  • Support and develop your team through training, appraisals, and on-boarding.
  • Act as a key customer contact, resolving queries and providing expert advice.
