Key Responsibilities:


  • Conduct rental valuations, negotiate new tenancies, and manage legal compliance

  • Handle the end-to-end lettings process from setup through to key handover

  • Support day-to-day estate agency operations, assisting with viewings and client management

  • Respond to tenant enquiries, assess applications, and carry out vetting

  • Maintain accurate administrative records and tenancy documentation

  • Arrange and coordinate property maintenance with contractors and tenants

  • Conduct regular property inspections and report to landlords

  • Manage pre-tenancy preparations and move-in procedures

  • Oversee tenant check-out and deposit returns

  • Liaise effectively with other departments within the business


Experience & Qualifications:


  • Minimum 2 years' experience in residential lettings and property

  • ARLA Level 6 (or equivalent) Scottish Residential Letting & Property Management qualification
