Our Operational Excellence Lead will be passionate about making things work better, faster and smarter. Your focus will be on unlocking greater efficiency, enhancing quality, and evelating customer satisfaction across our B2B sales channels. Working closely with your fellow Leads and under the guidance of the Operational Excellence Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering meaningful, measurable impact.Â
Role overview:
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Maximising selling time by reducing non-sales activity across B2B channels.
- Supporting the design of our future operating model, using multiskilling, automation, and process optimisation.
- Driving quick-win Agile sprints to remove barriers to selling.
- Collaborating with transformation teams to flag changes that need investment or tech development.
- Ensuring smooth rollouts of new commercial initiatives and product launches.
- Reviewing third-party handoffs (e.g., Infosys, Trevipay) to ensure seamless end-to-end customer journeys.
- Supporting compliance and risk management by ensuring processes meet regulatory standards.
- Helping land transformation projects effectively and closing the loop with sales channels.
- Championing continuous improvement across our omni-channel customer journeys (online, SBC, Hubs).
- Tracking and reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure success.
Key Skills, & Experience
- Strong data analysis skills – you’re confident interpreting data, spotting trends, and making informed, evidence-based decisions.
- Excellent communication – you’ll collaborate with teams across the business and bring clarity to complex ideas.
- A natural problem-solver – you enjoy untangling challenges and finding practical, effective solutions.
- Experience or understanding of change management – you’re comfortable navigating and supporting change.
- Tech-savvy and tool-confident – you’re at ease using Excel, process mapping tools, and data dashboards.
- Inquisitive and improvement-focused – you’re curious about how things work and always looking for ways to make them better.
