Corporate Tax Manager

Join a leading independent accountancy practice that has been serving a diverse range of clients since 1991. From local sole traders in South Wales to international quoted groups, they focus on privately owned businesses, entrepreneurs, and private wealth management and are currently seeking a Corporate Tax Manager to join their Tax Department.

Day-to-day of the role:
  • Manage a portfolio of both corporate and personal clients, ranging from entrepreneurial private companies to subsidiaries of large groups.
  • Oversee the clients' tax compliance affairs and ensure effective day-to-day client management.
  • Gain significant exposure to varied tax advisory work on client portfolios and handle ad hoc queries.
  • Help manage and mentor a team of Tax Assistants and Seniors, working collaboratively with colleagues across the department.
  • This role offers flexibility with the possibility of full-time or part-time hours and hybrid working arrangements.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Strong experience in corporate tax compliance and advisory matters across a diverse range of clients.
  • Preferably CTA qualified, although candidates qualified by experience will also be considered.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of managing multiple client relationships effectively.
