The kitchen is led by a highly skilled Head Chef with a passion for showcasing the finest local produce.

The team works closely with nearby farmers, growers, and artisan suppliers, as well as drawing on the abundance of the surrounding countryside and gardens.

Menus are refined yet hearty, modern British in style with a seasonal focus from freshly baked bread and handmade charcuterie to perfectly cooked fish, game in season, and elegant desserts.

As Junior Sous Chef / Sous Chef you will:
  • Be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen where you will manage and motivate your team
  • Ensure ongoing training is offered to all members to guarantee the quality and consistency of the food
  • Have solid man management and kitchen management skills in order to run this operation efficiently
  • Have experience in high level establishments
  • Be a creative and talented chef with exceptionally high standards who can lead their team by example and inspire them
  • Have the passion and ability to maintain an exceptional standard of cuisine
