What we will need from you:

  • Level 4 Leadership in Health & Social Care (or Level 3 with commitment to complete Level 4)
  • Experience in senior or management roles in care settings
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills

About the role:

  • Lead and mentor a passionate care team
  • Support with recruitment, rotas, training, and service development
