This is super iconic unique riverside 40 bedroom hotel in the town of Abergavenny with a super events space, gorgeous restaurant, café. All my client needs from you is to be a seasoned General Manager, live locally to Abergavenny or move closer to the site, have the ability to oversee a multi million pound refurbishment of all F&B and Events spaces, is a big leader, someone who wants to go out and about in the local community, and network you have a brilliant venue to shout about, this is such an easy gig for the right person. We need you to show up at drinks parties, the local the local rugby club and literally just talk about how amazing your events Hotel is, which is not rocket science! This will then in turn bring the business in to your brilliant events team who are brilliant gatherers but in you we need a hunter. This hotel is one of many and growing my client is a brilliant visionary- they are the ones leading the way and at a pivotal moment in their growth so this is an excellent time to be joining them.
As General Manager you would report directly into the Area Manager and work closely with them.
