Job Description:We are urgently seeking experienced CP Social Workers to join a local authority team in South Wales. In this role, you'll be responsible for assessing the needs of children, families, and vulnerable adults, creating and implementing care plans, and working closely with partner agencies to ensure the safety and wellbeing of service users.
You'll be expected to manage a caseload, attend court hearings, conduct home visits, and provide intervention where necessary. The role offers a hybrid working arrangement, providing flexibility between office and home-based work.
Requirements:

A degree in Social Work (Social Care Wales approved)

Current registration with Social Care Wales

Enhanced DBS check

Experience in child protection or safeguarding

Strong communication and decision-making skills
