This is a key support role within the team, helping to ensure the smooth running of daily recruitment operations. You will be responsible for managing candidate records, coordinating interview schedules, handling enquiries, and maintaining a high standard of administrative support.Key Responsibilities of a Recruitment Administrator:
- Manage incoming calls and emails from clients and candidates
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records using CRM systems
- Assist with advertising job vacancies and processing applications
- Prepare documentation such as contracts, timesheets, and compliance records
- Provide excellent customer service to both clients and candidates
- Support with general office administration and ad hoc tasks as required
- Ensure compliance with company policies and employment regulations
Ideal Candidate:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Previous experience in administration, customer service or recruitment preferred
- Able to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with database/CRM systems
- Friendly, professional, and able to build strong working relationships
- Highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
